Internal spray texture when lit — normal artistic characteristic, not a defect
For models with gradient or solid-colored glass, a specialized internal spraying technique is used to apply the finish. When lit, a fine, mist-like texture from the spray pattern may be visible. This is a normal characteristic of the artistic manufacturing process.
Note on Glass Color: The "White" glass shade in the Candied Glass series is a true artisan white. Please be aware that due to the nature of hand-blown glass and professional studio photography, the shade may appear to have a subtle mint or light green undertone in website images. To see the most accurate representation of the color, please refer to our product videos or contact our customer service team for real-life photos.

All standard orders ship in Warm White (3000K). If you require Neutral White (4000K) or Cool White (6000K), please contact our support team before placing your order.
3000K — Warm, cozy ambiance. 4000K — Balanced neutral white. 6000K — Crisp, bright cool white.

Is this plug-in or hardwired?
Plug-in. A 59.1" cord with an inline push-button switch is included. No wiring required.
What heights are available?
Two heights: H51.2" (~20W) and H63" (~30W). Both are ∅11.0" in diameter.

Changed your mind? Unused and uninstalled items can be returned within 60 days of delivery, in their original packaging and with all parts included. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. For lighting shipped internationally this is typically $80 to $200. If you're unsure about size or finish, email us before you order and we'll help.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, is incorrect, or has a confirmed quality issue, we cover everything and arrange a replacement, replacement parts or a refund.
Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you a return authorization and the correct address.
A fixture you'll still like in five years.
A lamp spends most of its life switched off, so we choose pieces for their shape as much as for their light. Solid materials, honest finishes, and proportions that work in a real room rather than a showroom.

Are bulbs included?
No. Bulbs are not included, so you can choose the brightness and colour temperature that suit your room. Each product page lists the fitting and the maximum wattage under Details.
For a warm, lived-in light we'd suggest 2700K. For kitchens and workspaces, 3000K to 3500K.
Do I need an electrician?
Plug-in lamps and portable pieces work straight out of the box.
Hardwired fixtures such as chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and flush mounts connect to your mains supply. Unless you are confident and permitted to do this work yourself, we recommend a qualified electrician. It is usually a short job, and it keeps your warranty and your home insurance intact.
How do I know it will fit?
Every product page lists the full dimensions and the adjustable drop under Details. Measure the height of your ceiling and the width of the surface below before ordering.
As a rule of thumb: over a dining table, hang the bottom of the fixture 75 to 90 cm above the tabletop, and choose a width of roughly half to two thirds of the table width. Still unsure? Send us your measurements and a photo of the room and we'll tell you what works.
Can I use a dimmer?
Most of our fixtures are dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs. Where a piece has integrated LEDs, the product page states whether it can be dimmed.
If dimming matters to you and the page doesn't answer it, ask us before you order and we'll check the specification for that exact model.
How long will delivery take?
Your order is checked and packed within 3 to 10 business days. Standard delivery then takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Expedited delivery takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks and is calculated at checkout.
On standard delivery to the United States we pay any customs duties and import taxes ourselves, so the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay. You'll receive tracking as soon as your parcel enters the carrier network.
What if it isn't right?
You have 60 days from delivery to return an unused, uninstalled item in its original packaging. For a change of mind you arrange and pay the return shipping.
