Choosing a fixture

If you are unsure about size, finish, drop length or how a piece will look in your room, send us your ceiling height, room dimensions and a photo of the space. We will tell you honestly whether it will work, including when we think it will not.

About an existing order

Include your order number. For a damaged or incorrect item, add clear photographs of both the item and its packaging. That lets us arrange a replacement straight away instead of asking you for them first.
