The quickest way: measure your foot
Put a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Mark where your longest toe ends, then measure from the edge of the paper to that mark. Do this for both feet and use the larger of the two.
Measure at the end of the day. Feet swell over the course of a day, and a shoe that fits at eight in the morning can be tight by six in the evening.

If you are between sizes
Go up rather than down. A shoe you want to wear all day needs a little room, not a snug fit. This is especially true for the styles with a cushioned footbed, because the padding takes up space that a thin insole would not.
Wide feet
Several of our styles are cut roomier across the ball of the foot. Where that is the case, we say so in the product description. If you usually find shoes tight across the width, those are the ones to look at first.

We choose shoes for how they wear at the end of a long day: a footbed that still cushions, an upper that has given a little, a sole that still grips. If a pair earns its place, it is because you put it on again the next morning.

How do I find my size?
All our shoes are listed in US sizing. Our Size Guide shows how to measure your foot and convert from EU or UK sizes. Between sizes? Go up rather than down.
What if the fit is not right?
Start a return within 30 days and we will help you swap for another size where that size is available. Try shoes on indoors first: a pair worn outside cannot be returned.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, with tracking. Shipping is free within the United States.
What if it is not right?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn shoes in their original box. For a change of mind you pay the return shipping; if the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover everything.
