Choosing a size
If you are unsure about size, width or how a style will fit, send us the size you normally wear, the brand it is from and the style you are looking at. We will tell you honestly what we would order, including when we think you should size up or down.
About an existing order
Include your order number. For a damaged or incorrect item, add clear photographs of both the item and its packaging. That lets us arrange a replacement straight away instead of asking you for them first.
